The ColorTrend® HT on-line color monitor continuously measures and reports color and height of a moving product. It is ideally suited for in-process control of a variety of food products including breads, rolls, buns, potato/corn chips, peanuts, cookies and crackers. Positioned for non-contact between 2 inches and 6 inches way from the product the ColorTrend HT provides real-time color and height outputs that can be integrated into alarms or plant process control systems.
