The D25LT large-area view color quality system measures the color of coarse, non-homogeneous and irregularly shaped food products. It can be used to measure samples such as cookies, crackers, chips, beans, spices, soups and other food products. It is self-contained, which saves precious bench space. The one-piece instrument includes a large, color, LCD touch screen for controlling functions and data display. The system is available with the sample port facing up or down.
