SpectraProbe XEThe SpectraProbe® XE on-line color measurement spectrophotometer continuously measures the color of coated metal on the production line. The colorimetric results are displayed on a screen and users are alerted when tolerances are exceeded. Having this information, the operator can make adjustments to film thickness of the paint or the bake time to maintain the desired color. Using 0°/45° optical geometry, the SpectraProbe XE correlates to laboratory measurements.
