MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are seeking a creative individual with web and graphic design skills to join our team as a marketing support specialist. This individual must be a team player with a positive attitude and capable of multitasking with attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:	• Creates and produces work that includes webpage creation, website graphics, print media ad layouts, direct and email campaigns, PowerPoint and multimedia presentations, produce or assist with video and photography, and other tasks as needed. • Collaborates with marketing team members in concept development and design. Produces layout, presents creative concepts and proofs copy for in-house created collateral. • Edits web pages, monitors and proofs web postings. • Aids in website design, updating and coordination with outside website designers. • Enters and maintains leads in database, fulfills lead requests, generates monthly lead summary. • Reports and maintains literature inventory, coordinate materials for direct mailings and e-mail blasts, product promotions as well as communications to field sales. • Maintains spreadsheets of marketing activities, aids in completing exhibit contracts, assists placing ad insertions and reviews trade journals for competitive promotions.
REQUIREMENTS:	• Education and experience equal to at least an Associates degree in business or marketing. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) • Demonstrated oral and written communication and organizational skills required. • Proofreading skills a must. • Aptitude in web design. • Functional knowledge of geography. • Dreamweaver and HTML knowledge preferred. • Experience with PHP, Flash, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator or comparable graphics and web applications helpful.
