If your ColorTrend HT run stops and the analog output card "freezes," the hand-held or fixed terminal or the computer was probably disconnected from the system after the run was started. Leave the terminal or computer in place while the run is in progress.
If the analog output is constant at 20 mA and the color value shown on the analog output display remains flat at its extreme value, the measured color is outside the preset range configured for the analog output. Widen the span.
