A certificate of traceability is automatically shipped with every new instrument, and is normally found in the standards case. If you need to obtain a replacement certificate, call HunterLab Technical Support at (703) 834-2206 or e-mail helpdesk@hunterlab.com. Your instrument serial number is required. A nominal fee will be charged if you do not have a current Technical Support Contract.
Please note: Your instrument must have a current service record at HunterLab in order for a certificate of traceability to be issued. Certificates may not be available for instruments more than 5 years old.
