This message is displayed when the internal lithium back-up memory battery fails the internal test that is performed each time ColorFlex is turned on. This is a warning that ColorFlex needs to be serviced soon. Stored data may be lost. Send the stored data to an output device and contact HunterLab for instrument service. |

FACTORY SERVICE REQUIRED |
This message is displayed when ColorFlex fails one of the internal diagnostics that is performed each time ColorFlex is turned on. This is an unrecoverable error and immediate factory service is required. |
