If the message "Run time error '429' ActiveX component can't create object" is received, a .DLL file is most likely missing from the Windows operating system or is not properly registered. Exit the D25LT software and then complete the following steps from the Windows desktop:
Touch Start, then Programs, then Click-N-Type, then Click-N-Type Keyboard. There may be a brief pause while this program starts.
Touch Start, then Programs, then MS-DOS Prompt.
On the soft keyboard, touch Buffer and make sure that the button appears to be pressed.
Type "cd system," touch Enter, then touch the MS-DOS Prompt window to transfer the characters you typed there.
On the soft keyboard, touch Buffer twice to turn it off, then back on.
Type "regsvr32 comcrc.dll," touch Enter, then touch the MS-DOS Prompt window to transfer the characters you typed there. A confirmation message box should appear.
On the soft keyboard, touch Buffer twice to turn it off, then back on.
Type "exit," touch Enter, then touch the MS-DOS Prompt window to transfer the characters you typed there. The DOS prompt box will close.
Close the soft keyboard and restart the D25LT software.
