The D25LT system computer provides two communication ports: CAT-5 Ethernet and USB.
When the instrument is connected to a network via the CAT-5 Ethernet port, it will appear as another network node whose friendly name is the same as the instrument's serial number. The CompactFlash card holding setups and measurements then appears as shared drive "C" on this node.
The D25LT's USB port is configured as a host, and so cannot be connected to other computers. Only devices such as keyboards, mice, printers, disks, etc. may be connected. Please contact HunterLab for assistance if installation of drivers or other software is required in order to utilize the USB port.
