If your lamp will not light, consider the following:
Replace the lamp. If you are using a DP-9000, go here for instructions. If you are using a computer and software package, go here for instructions.
Check all the cable connections. Ensure that all hardware is secure. Check for recessed pins in the connectors.
If the lamp still will not light after following these instructions, instrument service may be required.
