If your ColorQuest XE readings are not as expected, and you are taking transmittance measurements using the touch screen, you may need to upgrade your applets according to the chart below. In specific applet versions, reflectance measurements were sometimes made when transmission measurements were expected, resulting in unexpected sample readings.
