If a Performance Assurance Program was not purchased at the time of your instrument purchase but this additional coverage is desired, HunterLab offers Performance Assurance Renewal, providing scheduled Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Verification services, as well as instrument warranty coverage for 2 or 3 years (including original manufacturer's warranty).

This coverage can be purchased only during the original 1-year manufacturer's warranty coverage.  Available for all instruments currently in production by HunterLab, this extended coverage offers as-new instrument coverage for a longer period of time.  For more details, including pricing, please contact your local HunterLab distributor or email us, service@hunterlab.com.

  • Instrument Warranty claims must be returned to HunterLab for service. Please contact service@hunterlab.com for a Service Repair Order (SRO)
  • Shipping & insurance expenses are the responsibility of the customer
