This Performance Assurance program is HunterLab's premier service program, providing scheduled Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Verification services, as well as instrument warranty coverage for 2 or 3 years (including original manufacturer's warranty), when purchased at the time of instrument purchase.

  • Preventative Maintenance & Calibration Verification scheduled & performed during 2nd & 3rd years of the Performance Assurance Contract
  • Customer has service location choice: customer site or a HunterLab Service Center
  • Services performed at a HunterLab Service Center also include  white tile recalibration and certification
  • Extended Warranty coverage begins at expiration of the original manufacturer's Instrument Warranty
  • Instrument Warranty claims must be returned to HunterLab for service. Please contact service@hunterlab.com for a Service Repair Order (SRO)
  • Shipping & insurance expenses are the responsibility of the customer
