Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) Agreement

For ColorQuest, ColorQuest XE, ColorQuest XT, ColorTrend HT, D25 A, L, M type optical sensors with DP9000, LabScan XE, LabScan 6000, UltraScan XE, UltraScan PRO-- $975. per instrument

During the Preventive Maintenance visit at your site, a HunterLab Service Technican will provide the following services on your HunterLab instrument(s):

  • Inspect and test the instrument(s)
  • Check and adjust mechanical and electro-mechanical components
  • Clean and check optical elements
  • Provide final check and report with the instrument operator

    Customer Instrument Preparation

Instrument(s) to be serviced must be connected and turned on at least 24 hours before time of visit. Please provide ample workspace and an AV outlet for test equipment.

** All instruments listed on this Agreement must be located at the same address. Please use additional Agreement forms if multiple locations are requested for service. This Agreement covers labor and travel expenses.
There will be an additional charge for parts replaced during the Preventive Maintenance service. We will make every effort to honor this Agreement during the scheduled months but cannot be responsible for unforeseeble scheduling delays.

*If extended Safety Training (over 1/2 hour) is required at your facility, the additional charge for this time will be $155.per hour. Travel and living expenses for Safety Training will be billed separately if training is provided at a different location from the instrument site. Please include additional charges when indicating "Method of Payment" listed on the Annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement form.

Warranty Information
HunterLab provides a 30-day warranty for any parts replaced during the Preventive Maintenance Service except for lamps and fuses. After the 30-day warranty period, any additional work required will not be covered by this Preventive Maintenance Agreement.

The warranty contained herein is the only warranty applicable to instruments and services sold by HunterLab pursuant to this agreement. All other warranties expressed or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically disclaimed. Under no circumstances shall HunterLab be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
