Portable Directional 45°/0° Spectrophotometer

At HunterLab, our 45º/0º geometry portable spectrophotometer/colorimeter is known as the MiniScan EZ 4500L. This type of instrument mimics the human eye and recognizes color the same way our eyes do. They're one of the best choices for measuring color samples, so having a portable device allows you to obtain measurements in many situations.

The MiniScan EZ 4500L is designed for one-handed operation. It's lightweight and ergonomic, and the functions can be controlled at the tip of your thumb. This instrument contains the most commonly used color scales and can display everything from color data to the spectral difference plot on the large LCD display. Additionally, this MiniScan EZ can store up to 800 sample measurements.

Portable Diffuse d/8° Spectrophotometer

HunterLab also offers a portable sphere geometry spectrophotometer/colorimeter, called the MiniScan EZ 4000L. Featuring the same design and features as the MiniScan EZ 4500L, this instrument can also be easily operated and carried around the production floor. In this case, however, the MiniScan EZ 4000L is better suited for reading textured and non-uniform samples.

If you need to measure color outside the laboratory, take the MiniScan EZ. You'll no longer need to run between the production line and the lab to get readings.
